We finally have shots of the new but still the same as the rest Pokenmon games. The new Pokemon games
will be called Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Leaf Green.
Both games were released years ago but now will use the Ruby and Sapphire engine which we all expected.
We all in the UK have heard of Pokemon Red but never heard of Pokemon Green. This is the same as Pokemon Blue but Green was
only released in Japan and not in the UK as usual.
The game allows you to choose from three legendary Pokemon - Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle -
and is compatible with both Ruby/Sapphire as well as Gamecube's Pokemon Colosseum, which is due to be released in the UK next
year.
Never let it be said that Nintendo don't know how to squeeze every last penny out of a successful franchise...
It looks like it will be out in Japan by the end of the year.
